Abstract : The article presents the application of early prediction to agricultural production lines, a field where technology is rarely applied, and the direction of using artificial intelligence to improve classical algorithms so that forecasting is more flexible and active. Early forecasting will help agricultural factories have maintenance plans, uninterrupted production, and significant economic significance, but current systems have not been applied. The research topic will use 3-axis accelerometer and indirect contact with agricultural equipment for early prediction and fault detection; Does not affect the system, easy to install..

Abstract : This paper deals with the need of a new agenda for agricultural (and rural development) in Albania. Through findings from the literature on various aspects, including policy options and instruments for agricultural development and poverty reduction, it aims to raise the awareness of policymakers in Albania about both the arsenal of possible development policy options and the urgent need for an inclusive policy agenda for the agricultural sector of Albania. The new agenda calls for a clear vision of agricultural development, an effective roadmap, the adoption of a comprehensive approach to the drafting process, and the political commitment of policymakers to an inclusive development strategy through effective consultation with farmers and agricultural development actors in drafting the policy agenda. The climate for private investment must be the foundation of the new agenda. The best functioning of markets should be the "panacea" of sound agricultural development. Improving transparency in the drafting and execution of the public budget for agriculture, including subsidies, is vital in terms of its efficiency and achieving policy objectives, and meeting the policy targets. Implementing performance-based budgeting would have positive effects in this regard. Establishing institutional capacities for management, monitoring, absorption, and impact assessment, is a prerequisite to further increase the agricultural budget in the future, and to ensure efficient use of all resources..

Title : DESIGN PANEL OF HEXAGONAL NANOWIRE-BASED BLUE LEDS FOR INACTIVATION BACTERIA IN FOOD SAFETY
by Le Cong Toan, Le Xuan Nghiem, Tran Quoc Toan, Pham Tan Thi,
Abstract : Thanks to the development of theoretical foundations and technical methods in manufacturing Light Emitting Diodes (LED), many innovative design ideas and applications have been developed and recorded in many fields. Previously, blue light (400-470 nm) has successfully shown the ability to inactivate many strains of harmful bacteria. In this context, we fabricated a 405 nm LED panel with the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of ~10 nm to illuminate common harmful bacteria strains, including Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and Escherichia coli (E. coli). A LED panel consists of 6 LEDs with nanowire structure arranged in a uniform hexagon. The LED panel is composed of functional components for easy replacement and improvement which provides to the safety and convenience of use. We checked the photoelectric parameters to prove the ability of the LED panel to work continuously in high power mode with a proper temperature for practical use. We observe that the panel under specific experimental conditions shows the bacterial inactivation rates of up to 90% for S. aureus at 10-6 CFU/ml. According to the design calculations and practical measurements related to the LED system, a series of reliable parameters has been collected, showing the suitability to become a device used in bacterial inactivation experiments..

Title : ATTITUDE OF EXTENSION WORKERS TOWARDS ORGANIC FARMING ADVOCACY IN EKITI STATE, NIGERIA
by Obabire Ibikunle E., Sosina Adebola O., Oke Damilola M., Akeredolu Medinat I., Obabire Ibironke R.,
Abstract : This study assessed the attitude of extension workers towards organic farming advocacy in Ekiti State, Nigeria. Census sampling procedure was employed to select all the extension workers across the three Agricultural Development Programme ADP zones in the State. However, ninety nine (99) extension workers responded to the instrument for data collection. Data were collected through the aid of questionnaires and analysed using frequency counts, percentage, mean and One-way Analysis of Variance. Findings from the study revealed that, the shortage of extension workers in civil/public service (𝑥̅=2.43), lack of incentives/rewards/motivation from appropriate authority (𝑥̅=2.37) and inadequate funding (𝑥̅=2.34) were the prominent constraints militating against Organic Farming Advocacy (OFA) among the extension workers in the study area. Higher proportion (55.6%) of the extension workers had unfavorable attitude towards OFA in the study area. There was no significant difference in the constraints militating against OFA across the ADP zones in the study area (F=0.452; p=0.638). However, significant difference existed in the attitudes of extension workers towards OFA across the ADP zones in the study area. The attitudes of extension workers in zones 2 and 3 were better than those in zone 1. The study concludes that the extension workers had unfavourable attitude towards organic farming advocacy in the study area..

Abstract : The significant components of heat load in buildings are due to external wall that receives direct solar radiation and transfers the heat through conduction. The absorbed radiation elevates the outside surface temperature to a higher value than the outside air temperature which gradually shifts to lower indoor wall surfaces, increasing energy consumption. The physical characteristics of the wall, color, the material of the exterior surface, and the intensity of the sun radiation perpendicular to it, all affect the external surface temperature. Vertical greening is an emerging concept that comes in between the wall and direct solar radiation to block the direct solar radiation and reduce conductive heat transfer through the facade using vegetation. This paper elaborates on different vertical greening systems and their efficiency to keep away the direct solar radiation striking the building fabric..
