Abstract : Bun is a type of Vietnamese rice noodle used to make soup with soya sprouts, dill, split water spinach, cilantro, onion, broth and either beef or pork [5], [10]. It is very convenient, easy to cook, delicious and nutritionally rich and is now gaining great appraisal outside of Vietnam. Currently, Bun is just produced by milled white rice. This article will present new researches to make the Bun from brown rice, a product that is getting more and more attractive due to having more nutrition than milled white rice [11]. The mini Bun machine, which produces Bun with brown rice that can be replaced in restaurants to produce fresh rice bun noodle directly to serve customers, is still a challenge. The purpose of this article is to design and development the mini Bun machine for making bun from brown rice with small dimension with the capacity of 25 kg of bun/ hour by using extruding screw. The Bun which is produced on Proposed design is checked in both quality and food safety..

Title : Impact of Agricultural Extension Performance on Corn Farmers Household Economy
by Mahludin H. Baruwadi, Fitri Hadi Yulia Akib, Mohamad Ikbal Bahua,
Abstract : Performance is the action or behavior of individual agricultural extension workers who are part of their actual work function in the extension organization. Good agricultural extension performance can be generated through the characteristics, competence, motivation, and self-reliance of the instructor in helping farmers to carry out farming. The research objective was to analyze the effect of the performance of agricultural extension on the household economy of corn farmers through variable characteristics, competence, motivation, and self-reliance of agricultural extension. The research was conducted in Gorontalo Province, from Februari to Mey 2020. This study was designed as an ex post facto study. The unit of analysis in this study was an agricultural extension agent with a population of 481 people. Based on the Slovin formula, the research sample was determined to be 118 agricultural extension workers. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling. The data obtained were analyzed following the Structural Equation Model (SEM) procedure. The results showed that the variable characteristics, competence, motivation, and self-reliance of extension workers had a significant effect on the performance of agricultural extension with a coefficient of determination (R2) = 74% which was significant at α = 0.05. While the coefficient of determination (R2) of the performance of agricultural extension on the household economy of corn farmers is 69%, which means that the contribution.

Title : Mini Review on Caprine Cryptosporidiosis
by Afzan Mat Yusof,
Abstract : Goat is a type of livestock that provides revenue for farmers and sources of food towards people through goat farming. Goats are used in farming because they can adapt excellently in any kind of weather and condition besides their low feed value acceptance with high value in production considering their size. It thus becomes a choice for farmers to start husbandry with goats. Cryptosporidium has been one of the major intestinal pathogens in goats so far, causing morbidity to goats. However, in Malaysia, information regarding the epidemiology of Cryptosporidium species in goats is limited due to under-reporting as it is considered of carrying neglected pathogenicity. This review discusses the effects of cryptosporidiosis in goats. It also highlights that having knowledge about pathogenic interactions will help in increasing the information about disease epidemiology which will lead in defining effective preventive and control measures towards Cryptosporidium in goats..

Title : The change of planting timing to sugar beet cultivars as an adaptation to climate change
by Adrian MAHO Department of Agronomy, Faculty of Agriculture, “Fan S.Noli” University Korce, Albania., Besnik SKENDERASI Department of Agronomy, Faculty of Agriculture, “Fan S.Noli” University Korce, Albania.,
Abstract : The production of agricultural crops depends on the optimization rate of plant genetic factors, climatic and soil factors and the level of agrochemicals. This factors are in constant dynamism and also is the production of agricultural plants. Changing in climatic conditions of the area will necessitate bring changes in the genetic resources of the plants that will be cultivated as well as in the technology of cultivation. Climate data of recent decades have shown steady rise in temperatures and significant changes in the amount of precipitation and its distribution. Experimenting in relation with the optimal timing of planting of different sugar beet cultivars, constitutes a necessity to adapt to climate change. The study was based on a multi-year analysis of climate indicators in the Korça region, analyzing the performance of morphological, physiological and productive indicators of sugar beet cultivars planted at different time periods. Experimental conclusions are based on the statistical analysis of factors variance two (sugar beet genotype x different planting time. The planting time, which is essentially determined by the optimum agronomic temperature, determines the entire biological cycle of the plant by directly influencing the morphologic and plant yield. Sustainable agricultural development determined by long-term climate change requires adaptation to these changes.

Title : The Role of Trust and Transaction Cost Attributes to Reduce Side Selling in Sesame Contract Farming in Ethiopia
by Mekdelawit Yeshitila, Isriya Bunyasiri, Prapinwadee Sirisupluxana,
Abstract : Based on the concept that relational contracts complete a formal contract in the absence of a legal enforcement mechanism, this study assessed the coexistence of relational and formal contracts to reduce side selling in sesame contract farming. Thus, trust and communication are used as relational contract elements, and the need for a formal contract was assessed based on transaction cost attributes (asset specificity and behavioral uncertainty). A structural equation modeling was used to analyze the relationship between the attributes of relational contracts and transaction cost economics and their direct and indirect effect on reducing side selling. The result indicates trust has a positive significant direct effect on reducing side selling with an effect coefficient of 0.248. Based on the result, while asset specificity, satisfaction, communication, and commitment have a total significant positive effect on reducing side selling, uncertainty encouraged side selling. Even if it is appealing for farmers to side sell when the market price is higher, the cost of losing secured market outlet and long term buyer exceed the short term benefit. Therefore, both farms and the firm need to foster trust to have a sustainable relationship. Alongside trust, it is better to execute contract legislation and enforcement mechanisms to circumvent uncertainty..
